Goods are not supplied on a trial basis.Unless we are specifically asked about requirements or compatibility, we shall assume the customer is aware of what these are.All illustrations and product descriptions featured in our advertisements, web site or brochures are correct at the time of going to press or web pages going ‘live’. Any changes to the products will be mentioned on the website or at the time of ordering by mail order.
2. Pricing
All prices are quoted are not inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without notice. All are subject to availability. All products (inc. special offers, upgrades, extras, promotions and free gifts) are subject to availability.
3. Payment
PayPal payments are accepted without surcharge, however we reserve the right to delivery only to the account holders billing. Your PayPal will be charged at the time of order in order to secure the goods.No property or title of the goods shall pass from SuperStereo to the customer until payment has been received in full. The customer is responsible for the goods from the time of delivery and liability to insure the goods then rests with the customer.
4. Shipping
All shipments in transit from SuperStereo are covered by carrier’s insurance.The Customer’s signature will be required at the time of receipt and goods cannot be left without such a signature. Claims for non delivery, missing items or damage to good in transit must be made as soon as possible.‘Dead on arrival’: Goods found to be faulty from new can be returned for replacement or refund. The customer must notify SuperStereo as soon as possible. Failed delivery due to customer (i.e. customer not present or refused goods) which are returned to the workshop are subject to a £20 charge for return. If the same goods are requested to be re-delivered, a minimum of £10 re-delivery charge will apply. Delivery charges are for Mainland UK only, extra carriage will be charged for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands of Scotland.
5. Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Dead on arrival’: Goods found to be faulty from new can be returned for replacement or refund. The customer must notify SuperStereo as soon as possible.
6. Distance Selling
The following terms apply to mail order consumers as defined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (“Regulations”). The consumer shall, subject to the terms set out in this Clause, have the right to cancel a Contract within 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the Goods by the Company to the consumer provided that he/she gives written notice of such cancellation.a/ If a consumer exercises his/her right to cancel a Contract, Super Stereo shall, in accordance with the Regulations, reimburse any payment made by the consumer within 30 days from the day on which he/she gave such notice of cancellations, provided that the consumer shall not be entitled to a prepayment in the event that: a1/ He/she does not take reasonable care of the Goods either prior to cancellation of the Contract or, following cancellation, while the Goods remain in the possession of the consumer. For the purposes of this sub-clause A1, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care of the Goods if such Goods are not kept packed in their original box, with all accessories, manuals and cables and the internal or external packaging is defaced or damaged in any way; or a2/ The Goods are marked, damaged or not in the same condition in which they are sold.The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items, or will be responsible for the direct cost of collection of such items. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
7. Refund Policy
SuperStereo.co.uk Team want you to be happy with any purchase that you make from us. If you are at all unhappy with any item bought from us then you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund. Please see terms & conditions below.
When you have placed an order on our website and have received a confirmation email from us, this only indicates that we have received your order. It does not mean that a contract exists between us until such time as your PayPal Account has been charged and a receipt/invoice has been processed. This term is to protect us in the event of a pricing error being made, we are unable to supply a certain item, or any other unforeseen error that we are unaware of until brought to our attention. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract you must return the goods to our address on our website. You must either return the goods at your own expense or we can arrange collection of the goods via our courier for a fixed fee.
For deposits paid on items ordered, which are then placed on our waiting list and you wish to cancel the contract we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days, for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods which includes special modifications, you will be charged for these modifications before a refund can be issued.
You have a duty of care under these terms to take good care of the goods so that they may be sold again as new. We will claim from you for any resulting loss in value for goods not kept in such a condition that they may be sold again as new.

All Superstereo products under warranty will be repaired to full working order once we have determined the faults where due to product failure. Accidental damage due to misuse will be charged at cost for parts and labour. All warranty returns will be collected by arrangement by UPS. Please return in the standard case provided when purchased or similar. Please ensure the case is returned in a suitable sized box or wrapped with parcel paper and/or similar packaging to ensure your item arrives in the best condition. Any parts missing, removed or damaged during transit due to poor or inadequate packaging will be charged at cost unless due to obvious damage caused by the couriers mishandling. All collections are booked to a standard case size, oversize boxes may incur additional charges. When returning from outside the EU, please ensure the correct documents provided are enclosed, as this may incur extra charges and cause delays with customs. All other additional return charges incurred due to failure to follow any above mentioned conditions will be charged at cost.
