All shipments in transit from SuperStereo are covered by carrier's insurance.The Customer's signature will be required at the time of receipt and goods cannot be left without such a signature. Claims for non delivery, missing items or damage to good in transit must be made as soon as possible.‘Dead on arrival': Goods found to be faulty from new can be returned for replacement or refund. The customer must notify SuperStereo as soon as possible. Failed delivery due to customer (i.e. customer not present or refused goods) which are returned to the workshop are subject to a £20 charge for return. If the same goods are requested to be re-delivered, a minimum of £10 re-delivery charge will apply. Delivery charges are for Mainland UK only, extra carriage will be charged for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands of Scotland.
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Dead on arrival': Goods found to be faulty from new can be returned for replacement or refund. The customer must notify SuperStereo as soon as possible. All Superstereo products under warranty will be repaired to full working order once we have determined the faults where due to product failure. Accidental damage due to misuse will be charged at cost for parts and labour. All warranty returns will be collected by arrangement by UPS. Please return in the standard case provided when purchased or similar. Please ensure the case is returned in a suitable sized box or wrapped with parcel paper and/or similar packaging to ensure your item arrives in the best condition. Any parts missing, removed or damaged during transit due to poor or inadequate packaging will be charged at cost unless due to obvious damage caused by the couriers mishandling. All collections are booked to a standard case size, oversize boxes may incur additional charges. When returning from outside the EU, please ensure the correct documents provided are enclosed, as this may incur extra charges and cause delays with customs. All other additional return charges incurred due to failure to follow any above mentioned conditions will be charged at cost. .
The following terms apply to mail order consumers as defined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (“Regulations”). The consumer shall, subject to the terms set out in this Clause, have the right to cancel a Contract within 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the Goods by the Company to the consumer provided that he/she gives written notice of such cancellation.a/ If a consumer exercises his/her right to cancel a Contract, Super Stereo shall, in accordance with the Regulations, reimburse any payment made by the consumer within 30 days from the day on which he/she gave such notice of cancellations, provided that the consumer shall not be entitled to a prepayment in the event that: a1/ He/she does not take reasonable care of the Goods either prior to cancellation of the Contract or, following cancellation, while the Goods remain in the possession of the consumer. For the purposes of this sub-clause A1, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care of the Goods if such Goods are not kept packed in their original box, with all accessories, manuals and cables and the internal or external packaging is defaced or damaged in any way; or a2/ The Goods are marked, damaged or not in the same condition in which they are sold.The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items, or will be responsible for the direct cost of collection of such items. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

When you have placed an order on our website and have received a confirmation email from us, this only indicates that we have received your order. It does not mean that a contract exists between us until such time as your payment has been charged and a receipt/invoice has been processed. This term is to protect us in the event of a pricing error being made, we are unable to supply a certain item, or any other unforeseen error that we are unaware of until brought to our attention.
