From hereinafter SuperStereo (co.uk) / Superstereo LTD shall be known as 'We'.

1. General

Goods are not supplied on a trial basis.Unless we are specifically asked about requirements or compatibility, we shall assume the customer is aware of what these are.All illustrations and product descriptions featured in our advertisements, web site or brochures are correct at the time of going to press or web pages going ‘live'. Any changes to the products will be mentioned on the website or at the time of ordering by mail order.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted are not inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without notice. All are subject to availability. All products (inc. special offers, upgrades, extras, promotions and free gifts) are subject to availability.

3. Payment

payments are accepted without surcharge, however we reserve the right to delivery only to the account holders billing. Your payment will be charged at the time of order in order to secure the goods.No property or title of the goods shall pass from SuperStereo to the customer until payment has been received in full. The customer is responsible for the goods from the time of delivery and liability to insure the goods then rests with the customer.

4. Shipping

All shipments in transit from SuperStereo are covered by carrier's insurance.The Customer's signature will be required at the time of receipt and goods cannot be left without such a signature. Claims for non delivery, missing items or damage to good in transit must be made as soon as possible.‘Dead on arrival': Goods found to be faulty from new can be returned for replacement or refund. The customer must notify SuperStereo as soon as possible. Failed delivery due to customer (i.e. customer not present or refused goods) which are returned to the workshop are subject to a £20 charge for return. If the same goods are requested to be re-delivered, a minimum of £10 re-delivery charge will apply. Delivery charges are for Mainland UK only, extra carriage will be charged for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands of Scotland.

5. Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Dead on arrival': Goods found to be faulty from new can be returned for replacement or refund. The customer must notify SuperStereo as soon as possible. All Superstereo products under warranty will be repaired to full working order once we have determined the faults where due to product failure. Accidental damage due to misuse will be charged at cost for parts and labour. All warranty returns will be collected by arrangement by UPS. Please return in the standard case provided when purchased or similar. Please ensure the case is returned in a suitable sized box or wrapped with parcel paper and/or similar packaging to ensure your item arrives in the best condition. Any parts missing, removed or damaged during transit due to poor or inadequate packaging will be charged at cost unless due to obvious damage caused by the couriers mishandling. All collections are booked to a standard case size, oversize boxes may incur additional charges. When returning from outside the EU, please ensure the correct documents provided are enclosed, as this may incur extra charges and cause delays with customs. All other additional return charges incurred due to failure to follow any above mentioned conditions will be charged at cost. .

6. Distance Selling

The following terms apply to mail order consumers as defined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (“Regulations”). The consumer shall, subject to the terms set out in this Clause, have the right to cancel a Contract within 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the Goods by the Company to the consumer provided that he/she gives written notice of such cancellation.a/ If a consumer exercises his/her right to cancel a Contract, Super Stereo shall, in accordance with the Regulations, reimburse any payment made by the consumer within 30 days from the day on which he/she gave such notice of cancellations, provided that the consumer shall not be entitled to a prepayment in the event that: a1/ He/she does not take reasonable care of the Goods either prior to cancellation of the Contract or, following cancellation, while the Goods remain in the possession of the consumer. For the purposes of this sub-clause A1, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care of the Goods if such Goods are not kept packed in their original box, with all accessories, manuals and cables and the internal or external packaging is defaced or damaged in any way; or a2/ The Goods are marked, damaged or not in the same condition in which they are sold.The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items, or will be responsible for the direct cost of collection of such items. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

7. Refund Policy

SuperStereo.co.uk Team want you to be happy with any purchase that you make from us. If you are at all unhappy with any item bought from us then you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund. Please see terms & conditions below.

When you have placed an order on our website and have received a confirmation email from us, this only indicates that we have received your order. It does not mean that a contract exists between us until such time as your payment has been charged and a receipt/invoice has been processed. This term is to protect us in the event of a pricing error being made, we are unable to supply a certain item, or any other unforeseen error that we are unaware of until brought to our attention. In any case we will always endeavour to contact you and advise that an error has been made and try to come to an acceptable arrangement. We do not supply goods on a trial basis. Prices quoted will always exclude VAT unless stated/notified otherwise. Prices & Special Offers are subject to change without prior notice. All products are subject to availability. We always try our best to keep stock of all items offered for sale, however we cannot guarantee this to always be the case. If we cannot supply an order in one shipment then we will always notify you of this first, then send all subsequent shipments carriage free, with the exception of new items which may incur an additional shipping charge unless we hold the order until all items are in stock. All products carry a 1-year return to base manufacturers warranty unless specified otherwise. Any orders placed with us and cleared by 4pm on any weekday will be shipped the same day for Next Working Day delivery (with the exception of any carrier restrictions such as offshore/extended areas or system failures beyond our control etc). Any orders not cleared by this time will be dispatched the following working day unless we contact you and advise otherwise. The following terms apply to mail order customers as defined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ("Regulations").

8. Your Right Of Cancellation

• You have the right to cancel any contract with us from the date the order is placed and up to seven working days after the day delivery has been made. Goods that have been made to order or to a chosen specification cannot be returned under the 7 day "Cooling Off Period".

• To exercise your right to cancel a contract you must provide us with written notification either by letter or email giving details of the goods ordered and their delivery where appropriate. This can be done by telephone if agreed by us at the time of the call.

• Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract you must return the goods to our address on our website. You must either return the goods at your own expense or we can arrange collection of the goods via our courier for a fixed fee.

• For deposits paid on items ordered, which are then placed on our waiting list and you wish to cancel the contract we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days, for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods which includes special modifications, you will be charged for these modifications before a refund can be issued.

• You have a duty of care under these terms to take good care of the goods so that they may be sold again as new. We will claim from you for any resulting loss in value for goods not kept in such a condition that they may be sold again as new.

• Refunds from PayPal are subject to standard PayPal fees.
• The product warranty does not apply if the product has been subjected to power in excess of its published power rating or use of a power supply other than the one supplied by Superstereo. The warranty does not cover the case, print or any appearance item, any damage to the product resulting from alterations or modifications not authorised by Superstereo. The warranty does not cover accident, misuse or abuse or due to lightening or power surges

9. Privacy Policy

You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with SuperStereo or a SuperStereo affiliated company. SuperStereo and its affiliates may share this personal information with each other and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy. They may also combine it with other information to provide and improve our services. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but, if you chose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any queries you may have. If you have any questions or concerns about SuperStereo’s Privacy Policy or data processing please contact us. All such communications are examined and replies issued where appropriate as soon as possible.

10. Terms of Use

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the content accessible (or available for download) on the Website, including text, pictures, graphics, video, audio material, software or any other form (Content) belong to SuperStereo or its licensors. All rights are hereby reserved. By accessing the Website you agree to accept that these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. You also accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in relation to any dispute that may arise in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website or arising in any way from the content on the Website. These terms of use apply whether you are a registered user of or just a visitor to superstereo.co.uk or its associated websites (all of which sites are known collectively and/or individually in these Terms as the "Website"). By accessing the Website (which includes browsing and any use, with any device or by any means) you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms. We may update our Policy from time to time.
